Muchamad Yusuf, S.H., M.H.
Muchamad Yusuf, S.H., M.H. is a legal practitioner with a strong academic foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
Throughout his career, he has built broad experience across telecommunications, information technology, and engineering, contracting and procurement (EPC). His work includes managing legal and regulatory aspects of strategic projects, particularly in oil & gas and new and renewable energy.
His core expertise includes industrial and project licensing, regulatory compliance for energy and infrastructure, and land acquisition. He provides end-to-end support—from legal due diligence, verification and securing land status, and negotiations to closing legal and administrative land matters.

Ahmad Samodra, S.H., M.H.
Ahmad Samodra, S.H., M.H. is a senior advocate with over 28 years of experience handling disputes and providing legal advisory in natural resources and industrial relations. He earned his LL.B. in Civil Law from Universitas Brawijaya and his LL.M. in Business Law from Universitas Sriwijaya.
Practicing as an advocate since 1995, he has a strong track record across plantations, forestry, mining, and employment matters. His work strengthens project support for natural resource-based investments, procurement and land acquisition, labor disputes, and social and environmental risk mitigation.
Supported by mediator certification and professional training (environmental/AMDAL, legal due diligence, arbitration, dispute resolution), he emphasizes a solution-driven, preventive approach aligned with project sustainability.

Tri Winoto, S.H.
Tri Winoto, S.H. completed his LL.B. in Business Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya. Cross-sector experience strengthens his understanding of legal, administrative, and business aspects—especially in commercial transactions and land title processing.
Before practicing as an advocate, he gained experience in banking and worked closely in notarial and land matters as an assistant to a notary and PPAT in Jakarta.
In client engagements, he contributes across corporate law, contract drafting, security interests, and land matters—including negotiations and dispute resolution in both litigation and non-litigation settings. This expertise is particularly relevant for investments, land acquisition, and corporate transactions that demand legal rigor and administrative precision.
